About The Event

In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll explore ways we can create feelings of connection and intensity, build momentum and provide a satisfying and centring return to reality at the end.

You’ll learn tips and tricks for handling the rope and your partner, try exercises aimed at practicing projecting intention, and get some tools for making it feel like you’re the only ones at the play party.

Prerequisites: None

Level: beginner to experienced practitioners.

Self-Tie Friendly: This class is aimed at couples; solo rope folks are welcome to join but may find the exercises challenging as a single rope human.
