About The Event
In this class, we will be showing how to build hishi patterns that couple the hip and chest harnesses into a single aesthetic mesh. This particular design is known for being extremely supportive and sustainable in many suspension poses.
Key lessons include:
Using the overall design to create chest-shaping opportunities
Building hishi/rhombus patterns that spread the load diagonally.
Reinforcing a functional ‘stem’ in a suspension harness.
Building a hip harness extension
