This class explores harnesses as a foundation for dynamic floor play, focusing on simple structures, efficient rope use, and how to move with your partner rather than against them.

We’ll look at how a minimal harness can create lots of possibilities through positioning, tension, movement, and connection — without needing a complicated tie. Expect practical techniques, play ideas, and plenty of time to explore.

This is considered an intermediate course, so Riggers should be comfortable tying a single-column.
