Parenting and Sexual Wellness

This workshop dives into talking about sexual health as caregivers from infancy to adulthood, with the goal of raising children with healthy self esteem and healthy relationships. Using Canadian standards for best practices in regards to sexual health curriculum in schools, we talk about how you can bring those conversations into your home. This workshop will also have you reflect on your own experiences with sexual education and determine where you may want to continue your education as a caregiver, in addition to connecting you to a variety of age appropriate resources to facilitate conversations around sex, sexuality, gender, and consent.
