About The Event
This class will go in depth on how to achieve the scorpion pose, a demanding and beautiful form with an intense backbend and severe restriction. The class will cover breathing through chest compression and safe body balancing. We will cover safety, how to quickly escape the pose, and a variety of finishes that add to the beauty and restriction.
Prerequisites
Level: Advanced
Self-Tie Friendly: No
Riggers: proficiency with TK or Tenshi or Tengu, uplines and confident/speedy rope handling.
Models: advanced body awareness and already have experience being suspended.
