Self Tied Chest Harnesses

Prerequisites: good awareness of their upper body, single-column tie

Join Cece for a few easy-to-tie upper body harnesses as we explore the vast world of how to wrap the upper body in this beginner class.

We will be covering 3 different chest ties, how they are constructed and ways they can be used to be playful and connective and for different ways of wrapping yourself up. Self-tiers should be at least familiar with a single column tie, a half hitch and a munter knot. Folks should be familiar with their bodies and be able to communicate their comfort in positions.
