Shoulder Experiments

Instructor: Jaz For folks looking to enhance their rope practice with a deeper understanding of what is happening underneath the rope, anatomy labs provide a deep, technical dive into specific body parts, movement patterns, and body centred theory. We’ll break down individual joints and how they operate, explore the ways the body interacts with the rope and itself, and workshop tools for expanding our mindful approach to our and our partners body. No prerequisites required.
