About The Event
Join us for Suspended Harmony, an evening of shibari and music that will delight your senses and push the boundaries of the ordinary. This months theme is “In Bloom”, and our performers will be harmonizing their floral rope to the accompaniment of a live pianist!
This harmony of shibari artistry and music will take you on a journey of sincere human connectivity and real-time creativity, as the two disciplines collaborate and play in concert.
After the performances, the space will open to Toronto’s shibari community for a rope jam, with the usual Birdhaus array of suspension points available. Energetic beats and great drinks will continue to flow throughout the night and everyone is welcome to stay.
