About The Event
Join the wonderful world of rope with the good folks at Birdhaus. Whether you're just starting out or looking to meet your local Shibari community, this night is for you.
7:00–8:30pm: Your First Rope Class An intro-level workshop covering the basics of Shibari, with an emphasis on play, connection, and accessibility. We'll teach fundamental techniques in a supportive environment. No prior knowledge or partner required, and loaner rope is available, self-tying welcome.
8:45–9:45pm: Rope Singles Mixer A lightly facilitated mixer upstairs for anyone looking to meet fellow lovers of rope, experienced or otherwise. Simple activities designed to spark conversation and connection, easy to follow and enjoyable for all. Not into the mixer? Downstairs is open for socializing and tying at your own pace.
9:45pm onward: General Social Jam The full space opens up for a general rope social and light tying. Come out and meet your local rope scene.
